To set the tone for the upcoming Kayan Wellness Festival, an exclusive healing morning was held on 8 January. At Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, the event brought 15 media representatives and influencers to embrace the festival’s essence through healing, connection, and insight.

Set against the stylish ​     ​ISLA Beach Bar, guests were welcomed by Niousha Ehsan, CEO of Linkviva, who shared a glimpse into the Kayan Wellness Festival’s vision and the upcoming event at Fahid Island from 31 January to 2 February.

The sound healing session led by Vanessa Kim Roux then began, using Tibetan bowls interwoven with poetry, meditation, and mindful movement. After, guests engaged in a reflective session before moving on to a healthy breakfast.

This healing morning offered a glimpse of the experiences awaiting at the Kayan Wellness Festival which will feature global experts, including Sadhguru, Gary Brecka, and Marisa Peer. Aligned with the principles of Mind, Body, and Soul, the event will guide guests through a series of immersive wellbeing experiences.
