JTI Egypt Wins the “Top Employer” Award for the Eighth Consecutive Year in 2025

Japan Tobacco International (JTI) Egypt has been awarded the “Top Employer” title for the eighth consecutive year by the Top Employer Institute
The globally recognized award, is given to companies that commit to providing a flexible and ideal work environment, equal development opportunities and displays continuous efforts to ensure an inclusive and outstanding workplace.
In Egypt, JTI secured the first position among international companies operating in the country this year. This achievement underscores the company’s ongoing excellence in creating a collaborative and supportive workplace that encourages constant development and professional growth for its employees.
On a global scale, JTI was awarded top employer for the eleventh consecutive year in 46 countries worldwide. These recognitions reflect the company’s commitment to developing its work environment, attracting top talent, and providing equal opportunities for all employees.
