A visit during the pre-Christmas shopping season is truly magical. The highlight of the festivities is the spectacular “Christmas Lights on event” on 7 November 2025, when the majestic Christmas tree at Hugo Boss Platz is illuminated, marking the official start of the festive season.
Guests can look forward to an atmospheric programme for the whole family. From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., Santa Claus will be making children’s eyes light up at Hugo Boss Square. With his charming manner, he will delight the little guests in particular, pose for photos and, of course, bring along some gifts. The highlight of the evening will follow at 6 p.m.: during the big countdown, the Christmas lights at Outletcity and the large Christmas tree on site will be ceremoniously switched on together with celebrity guests. Another highlight in December that guests can look forward to: Santa’s Post Office: Every Saturday, guests have the opportunity to choose creatively designed cards to send personal and festive greetings to their loved ones.
