Invest-Gate is preparing to launch the 24th edition of its roundtable, the first in 2025, titled “Elevate Egypt: Branded Living and Hospitality.” This event will feature leading developers, real estate experts, and industry leaders to explore the future of branded residences and luxury hospitality in Egypt.
This year’s inaugural event will serve as a platform for transformative ideas and practical insights, focusing on one of the most influential sectors in economic development and urban renaissance.
The roundtable will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel. It aims to highlight local and international best practices to enhance the development of branded residences and the hospitality sector, support Egypt’s tourism goals, and attract international investors. The roundtable will also emphasize sustainable development and innovative solutions for achieving long-term growth, positioning Egypt as a leading global destination for branded residences and hospitality.
Additionally, the roundtable will discuss the hospitality sector’s role in promoting tourism and achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. It will integrate concepts of well-being and mental health into the hospitality and branded residences sector, as well as explore the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) on improving the luxury accommodation experience.
Furthermore, the roundtable will focus on achieving a balance between global standards and Egyptian identity in hospitality projects. It will establish partnerships between developers and global brands, present proposals to address various challenges in attracting investors from around the world, and review diverse visions to shape the future of the hospitality sector in Egypt.
