LG’s new Bright service (Hygienic Maintenance) is designed to enhance appliance longevity, optimize performance, minimize repair costs, and ensure continued high performance for consumers through preventive maintenance and expert technical support. The service includes comprehensive check-ups, cleaning, and diagnostics for LG washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and reduce the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns.
For washing machines, the service covers drum and tub cleaning, water inlet filter inspection, detergent dispenser maintenance, and motor function tests to prevent clogging and enhance washing performance. For refrigerators, LG’s preventive maintenance includes cooling system checks, condenser coil cleaning, door jasket inspections, and measure temperature of air condition and Refrigerator, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency and prolonged freshness of stored food. Air conditioners benefit from filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, airflow optimization, and condenser unit inspections, enhancing energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Consumer Reports’ sixth annual Appliance Brand Reliability Rankings assess brand reliability across multiple appliance types, including refrigerators, dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, washing machines, and dryers. The results are based on survey data collected from members on 417,629 kitchen and laundry appliances purchased new between 2013 and 2023.
