By enabling remote, automated management, Huawei is improving the connection of people, vehicles, and goods. As part of the TransMEA conference, Huawei took part in two high-impact panel discussions. Mr. Kareem Tarek, Transportation CTO at Huawei Egypt Transport BU, participated in a session titled “AI Security in Transport & Logistics: Protecting Critical Infrastructure from Evolving Threats.” While, Mr. Shi Lingxiao, Director of the Transport Department at Huawei Egypt, joined the panel “Connectivity to Criticality: How 5G Technology is Re-engineering Egypt’s Future-Ready Transportation Backbone.” These discussions underscored Huawei’s ongoing efforts to enhance the resilience, intelligence, and security of Egypt’s critical transportation infrastructure through advanced technologies such as 5G, cloud, and AI.
