Last month, OPPO opened its first manufacturing facility in Egypt with an initial investment of over 20 million EGP and plans to increase this investment to 50 million USD in the near future. Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, Egyptian Prime Minister, highlights OPPO’s commitment to the Egyptian market and its role in supporting local industry and economic growth. This modern facility will serve as a regional center for manufacturing and exports, with plans to expand to 20 production lines, source up to 50% of components locally, and offer a wider range of products, including smart devices and IoT solutions.
