Madinet Masr Partners with Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation to Support the New Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Centre in Cairo

 

The Contribution Enables the Setup of a pediatric Intensive Care Cubicle and Funds Open-Heart Surgeries at the Aswan Heart Centre
Cairo, December 9, 2025 – Madinet Masr (EGX: MASR.CA), one of Egypt’s leading urban community developers, has announced a strategic partnership with the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation (MYF) to support the launch of the Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Centre in Cairo. The partnership reinforces Madinet Masr’s commitment to sustainable development and CSR under its “Cultivating Communities” strategy, which places people and their quality of life at its core. It also highlights the company’s role in advancing specialized healthcare and supporting the Foundation’s mission to deliver world-class medical care that saves lives across Egypt and the region. In the meantime, it reaffirms Madinet Masr’s vision to drive sustainable development, while enhance the quality of life within the community.

Under this partnership, Madinet Masr is providing a donation aimed at advancing the free cardiac healthcare services offered to all patients, this donation will directly contribute to an Intensive Care Cubicle within the new Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Centre in Cairo, as well as performing open-heart surgeries at Aswan Heart Centre. The collaboration aims to empower the Foundation’s ability to provide distinctive medical care for children, which directly contributes to saving many patients’ lives and enhancing their quality of life. Through this collaboration, Madinet Masr reaffirms its steadfast commitment to its role as an active partner in community development and reinforces its vision of supporting humanitarian and medical initiatives that contribute to enhancing the quality of healthcare services in Egypt and across the region.
