The project also seeks to enhance overall readiness for audits and inspections conducted by local and international regulatory authorities, as well as to strengthen data integrity supporting decision-making based on accurate data and analytics, and reinforcing the company’s capacity for continuous improvement across its various business areas. The initiative further extends Pharco’s ongoing digital transformation journey, which saw a major milestone last year with the company’s full transition to the SAP S/4HANA system, as part of an integrated vision to build an advanced digital infrastructure that supports sustainable growth and elevates operational efficiency and institutional compliance.
The project will be implemented in collaboration with Amplelogic and Techno Service, two of the leading specialized digital solutions companies, ensuring the benefit of best practices and global expertise, as well as the application of the latest specialized systems and technologies in quality management.
