Kayan Development succeeds in working on 15 separate projects with high implementation rates among its plan for 2023… and celebrates with its employees during its annual iftar

Kayan Real Estate Development Company, announced its success in achieving its investment plans for the past year 2023, as the company highlighted its most prominent achievements and successes during the past year, at the company’s annual iftar party, which witnessed the presence of all the company’s employees and advisors from different departments and sections.

Eng. Omar El-Fayoumi, Kayan Developments Chairman, said that the company keens to enhance direct communication with its employees as they are an essential part of the company and a main reason in achieving its ambitious investment and expansion plans, pointing that the company seeks to create a distinguished work environment that encourages creativity and enjoys trust, appreciation and cooperation between the company and its employees.

He added, in his speech during Kayan Real Estate Development’s Iftar celebration, that the company succeeded in achieving many main steps in its investment journey, as he praised the company’s employees efforts during the last period, which contributed in strengthening the company’s position and gaining the trust of its clients, pointing that the company works and makes its best to maintain its clients satisfaction.

He pointed that the company owns more than 30 projects in New Cairo, including 15 projects in various stages of implementation, as the company concentrates on progressing in implementation, regardless of the market challenges, in order to maintain its clients’ confidence, besides it also contracted during the past year with “Greenovation” Company, to provide smart homes and transform all the company’s projects into smart urban communities that cope with new technological developments.

He added “we are challenging to reach the best real estate product in the Egyptian real estate market, as client satisfaction is a fundamental pillar of Kayan’s strategy, since this strategy paves the way for achieving continuous success stories with clients and their continued presence in every new project that Kayan presents, and their keenness to be part of Kayan community continously”.

He explained that the company aims to achieve harmony with the state’s vision to implement the real estate boom it is currently witnessing, assuring that the private sector is an essential axis on which the state depends on to implement its ambitious plans.

The ceremony included also a screening of a documentary film about the company’s achievements and projects that it succeeded in completing during the past year, followed by a presentation of one of the major projects that the company will launch soon, besides presenting many surprises during the ceremony, including honoring the most prominent employees with outstanding performance and exceptional contributions, in support to their impressive results and in recognition to their loyalty.

He noted that these honors aim to enhance the motivation of its employees and raise their morale, pointing that the human element is at the heart of everything that Kayan Company does, and it is the driving force to reach the maximum possible successes, as every achievement for Kayan achieved due to its talented cadres.

This was followed by speeches of the department managers, as they expressed their thanks to the members of their departments, and expressed their appreciation for the company’s management continuous support, adopting development ideas and visions, and at the end of the ceremony they took some memorial pictures.
