Set to take place every Saturday from 1.00pm to 4.00pm, rally the crew, come dressed in your brightest island-inspired attire, and get ready to dive into Ras Al Khaimah’s most dynamic brunch. The expansive Vespa & Brasserie Terrace sets the tone for an elevated Saturday ritual, complete with roaming performers, live musicians, and seamless access to the resort’s pools and private beach.
Fuel the fun with an expanded line-up of live stations and signature counters as you sample bold flavours at the Asian and South American corners, load up your plate with Mama’s Pasta and Pizza favourites, and make room for the Shawarma Corner. Elsewhere, The Josper Grill turns out smoky cuts alongside a dedicated Seafood Grill, while a salad bar, artisan breads, and Vespa’s burrata and antipasti station offer even more variety.
The indulgence doesn’t end there. Adding some table-side spectacle to the feast, guests can also expect a live trolley serving freshly made creations such as creamy Porcini Risotto, juicy Beef or Salmon Wellington, and fresh Fish of the Day. Meanwhile, those who skipped breakfast can top up at the dedicated eggs Benedict station, combining this classic dish with a variety of delicious toppings.
Make sure to save room for dessert, because the final course packs just as much flavour. Guests can dip fresh fruit, marshmallows, and coconut bon-bons into a flowing chocolate fountain, cool off with a scoop at the live ice cream station, or indulge in pass-around crêpes served warm and golden. For younger brunch-goers, the dedicated kids’ dessert corner is stacked with colourful treats like jelly cola, gummy bears, and marshmallows.
Guests can take their pick between two vibrant packages, starting at AED 219. The soft drinks package includes unlimited mocktails and refreshing juices, while the AED 319 house package unlocks free-flowing cocktails, spirits, and sparkling grape. To keep the good vibes going, dedicated stations for piña coladas, hops, and spritzes will be serving up chilled pours all afternoon.
