The initiative marks the beginning of a series of monthly artistic, musical, and theatrical events designed to provide audiences with a rich and immersive cultural experience, kicking off with Medhat Saleh headlining the debut concert on the 24th of April.
Reflecting the company’s dedication to investing in the growth and development of both individuals and the broader community, the initiative, hosted at the American University in Cairo’s Tahrir Campus, will feature a diverse lineup of concerts, artistic performances, and theatrical shows, carefully curated to appeal to a wide range of audiences and tastes.
The “Music to My Ears” initiative seeks to revive fine arts and reintegrate cultural entertainment into everyday life, providing a distinctive artistic experience that leaves a lasting impact on audiences. The initiative also supports the government’s efforts to preserve and strengthen Egyptian identity by offering a range of cultural and artistic activities designed to cultivate artistic appreciation and enrich the community’s cultural landscape.

Hyde Park Developments has previously sponsored a tribute concert honouring the legendary Dalida, titled “Bint Shubra.” Additionally, the company has collaborated with Al Adl Group Studios to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Umm Kulthum’s passing in 2025 with the play “Dhaibeen Fi Sout El Set.” In addition to the musical tribute to Umm Kulthum, performed by Marwa Nagy at the Cairo Opera House under the title “Voice and Image,” as well as organizing several concerts featuring stars such as Hiba Tawaji and Hussein Al Jasmi.
