United Hospitality Management (UHM), a global leader in luxury and mixed-use hospitality management, is showcasing the breadth of its growing India portfolio at Arabian Travel Market (ATM), following a series of hotel signings since entering the market in December 2025.
Since entering the Indian market, UHM has signed 10 properties across a diverse portfolio spanning leisure destinations, established commercial centres and emerging markets. The company has also expanded its partnership with Rosastays, adding two properties to its portfolio – Rosastays Kutch in Gujarat, which is already operational, and Rosastays Srinagar, which is scheduled to open shortly.
UHM has further strengthened its presence in India through management agreements with leading international hospitality brands, reinforcing its position as a trusted hospitality management partner for owners seeking international expertise combined with deep local market knowledge.
The company has signed seven properties under the Garner by IHG brand, including Garner Corbett, a 50-key hotel in Uttarakhand catering to growing demand for wildlife tourism; Garner Ahmedabad, a 40-key hotel strengthening UHM’s presence in one of western India’s fastest-growing commercial centres; Garner Kutch, scheduled to open in October 2026; and further signings in Etawah, Bhiwadi, Kathua and Jagdalpur. Completing the partner-branded portfolio is voco Kanatal, a 92-key upscale mountain retreat in one of North India’s emerging leisure destinations.
Garner Corbett, Garner Ahmedabad and voco Kanatal are scheduled to open between 2027 and 2029.
Alongside its growing property portfolio, UHM has invested significantly in building the operational infrastructure required to support its long-term ambitions in India. The company has established dedicated commercial, operations and technical services capabilities, strengthened its local leadership team and introduced the governance frameworks and technology platforms needed to support a growing portfolio.
These capabilities are anchored by UHM’s India office in Gurugram, NCR, one of India’s leading commercial and business hubs, providing a strong platform to support its expanding operations and accelerate future growth across the country.
“We are truly overwhelmed by the response and, more importantly, by the trust the Indian market has shown us since our entry. We see tremendous opportunity in this vast and dynamic market, with an ambitious growth trajectory ahead of us. Hotel owners are increasingly looking to UHM for our international expertise, combined with our deep understanding of local market dynamics, to develop the right positioning for their assets and unlock optimum commercial performance. Our focus is not simply on managing hotels, but on creating long-term value for our owners through the right strategy, positioning and operational expertise.” – said Klaus Assmann, Chief Executive Officer, UHM Middle East, India & Southeast Asia.
UHM is continuing to build its India development pipeline with a long-term ambition of managing more than 100 business units by 2030. The company’s expanding portfolio reflects growing owner confidence in its operating model and its ability to bring together international brand partnerships with local market expertise.
Looking ahead, UHM is in advanced discussions on multiple hotel management agreements and strategic partnerships across India and Southeast Asia spanning luxury and upscale hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments and branded residential projects. UHM is also evaluating proprietary wellness, fitness and food and beverage concepts that will further strengthen its integrated hospitality offerings.
