New jersey Developments announced signing contract with Expertise House ECB PM & Consultancy to provide the Design services for “Jura El Galala” project second phase.
The contract was signed with the presence of Eng. Gerges Youssef Chairman of Newjersey Development(NJD), Dr.Eng. Mohamed Abdelghany, Chairman of ECB House of Expertise, and Eng. Walid Fahmy Head of Project Management Departement.
Jura is located in a strategic location in the middle of El Galala city, 500 meters away from the yacht marina, with a beach width of 180m, all Jura units are distinguished with a charming panoramic sea view, distinguished units furnished with the latest modern designs and full furnished and equipped with air conditioning.
Jura allows for its owners to use all the services of the city of Galala, as it is 32 km from Ain Sukhna toll station, and Jura El Galala extends over an area of 10 acres, with a depth of 200 meters, and a beach width of 180 meters, with 80% of the project areas dedicated to landscapes and artificial lakes, and Jura project also includes a hotel and a marina for yachts, in addition to chalets, penthouses and duplexes, all of which with direct sea views, hotel services and different spaces that satisfy most needs.

Eng.
