Al Habtoor Group (AHG) celebrated a select group of Emirati employees in recognition of their exceptional contributions, as part of the group’s ongoing commitment to support Emiratisation and foster local talent development. This accolade is in appreciation of their excellence and commitment within the framework of the group’s Emiratisation programme, which aims to encourage young Emiratis to actively engage in the workforce.
AHG’s Founding Chairman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor recognised fifteen exemplary Emirati employees from various roles across the Group’s diverse units, marking a successful exceedance of the required Emiratisation ratio in the private sector. This achievement underscores the AHG’s commitment to nurturing local talent and creating employment opportunities for Emirati youth.
During the recognition ceremony, Khalaf Al Habtoor expressed his pleasure over this milestone and thanked the employees for their tireless efforts, urging them to persist in their efforts to ensure the group’s continued success in the future. He addressed them by saying: “You represent the future of our national enterprises, which have been established from the ground up by the people of this blessed land. The prosperity of our economy and its sustainability rely on you, aimed at securing your future and that of your children.”

He added: ‘We are at present working on one of the world’s largest projects, and it fills me with immense pride that our Emirati ID designers are spearheading the design efforts for these projects, which rival the finest and most opulent interior designs globally.”

In 2023, AHG significantly advanced its Emiratisation programme, achieving an Emiratisation ratio between 6 to 8% across various sectors. This reflects its serious commitment to enhancing local capabilities and empowering Emirati youth to effective market participation.
