Innovations: Shaping the Future of Real Estate”, Launches Proptech Startups Pavilion
Invest-Gate is expected to kick off its third roundtable in 2024 on Monday, September 9th, to explore the unlimited potential of proptech in Egypt’s growing real estate market and launch its first-ever proptech startups pavilion.
This roundtable will take place at the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel, under the title “Proptech Innovations: Shaping the Future of Real Estate”. Taking a deep dive into the world of digitalization and the endless possibilities of cutting-edge technological solutions, this engaging discussion will be divided into two separate sessions seeking to examine the potential impact of proptech on the real estate market, discuss ways proptech can boost ROI, and its role in the development of smart cities. This roundtable will also focus on proptech from a financial and investment perspective as well as explore legal and regulatory frameworks to accelerate the growth of the proptech industry. With proptech startups being a key highlight on this occasion, discussions will be held to share ideas on how to create a startup-friendly climate for Egyptian proptech entrepreneurs.
The roundtable will be moderated by Mr. Amr Elkady, Founder & Managing Director of AKD Advisory and Board Member of Egypt’s Real Estate Export Council, and will witness the presence of an elite group of senior officials, business executives, and experts.
