In line with its unwavering commitment to empowering Egyptian youth and preparing them for the labor market, Coca-Cola HBC Egypt has announced the launch of a large-scale activation in collaboration with El Sewedy Technical Academy in 10th of Ramadan City. This initiative is part of the company’s flagship community program, #YouthEmpowered, one of its most impactful and far-reaching social initiatives in Egypt.
El Sewedy Technical Academy is recognized as one of the leading institutions in vocational education and applied training. Through this partnership, students registered to engage in a comprehensive learning experience featuring interactive stations and open dialogues, where they were introduced to and enrolled in the #YouthEmpowered program.
The #YouthEmpowered platform, developed by Coca-Cola HBC Egypt, offers free online training courses across more than 12 specialized courses designed by industry experts and certified by the company. These courses aim to bridge the gap between academic education and job market demands, covering essential skills such as effective communication, time management, sales, project management, CV writing and interview preparation. Participants have the flexibility to choose the courses that best suit their needs and receive an accredited certificate upon completing at least four courses—giving them a competitive edge in the job market.
Last year, the #YouthEmpowered program reached over 21,000 young people across Egypt. Coca-Cola HBC Egypt continues to expand its outreach, aligning with national efforts to support youth and provide accessible, practical learning opportunities.

These facilities contribute to hundreds of thousands of direct and indirect jobs across the company’s value chain.
