City Edge Developments, Egypt’s leading real estate developer and asset management company, has announced the commencement of a new delivery phase for retail and F&B units within Maspero Mall, one of the most prominent integrated commercial developments in the heart of Cairo. Each unit is equipped with advanced fire safety systems in accordance with the latest Civil Defense regulations, provision for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network connectivity, enabling the implementation of a Triple Play telecommunications system that delivers high-speed internet, landline, and IPTV broadcasting services. In addition, the project features a semi-central air-conditioning system (VRF) covering all areas to ensure maximum operational efficiency, comfort, environmentally friendly & lower Electrical Energy Consumption, along with multi-level parking facilities designed to facilitate smooth traffic flow for both visitors and tenants.
