Yasser Abdallah Developments (YAD) announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, presenting exclusive offers on its two flagship projects, Veyora and Nova Square. The participation comes as part of the company’s strategy to be present at major real estate events, strengthening its plans for direct engagement with clients at key industry platforms.
Eng. Yasser Abdallah, Chairman of the YAD, stated that Cityscape is one of the most significant real estate events in Egypt and the region, bringing together top developers and investors under one roof.
Abdallah added that it offers a prime opportunity to showcase the latest residential, commercial, and administrative projects, while also serving as a direct platform for client interaction and understanding market trends.
He explained that the Veyora Hub is located in the heart of the MU12 district in the New Administrative Capital, offered at competitive prices with exclusive booking priority. The project is situated near the capital’s main entrance, Bin Zayed South Axis, and the Green River.
It is a fully commercial mall with an area of 4,020 sqm, featuring modern architectural design and an open view of a green space covering 1,800 sqm.
The mall includes a variety of services such as a gym, supermarket, kids’ area, a gold and jewelry market, and a 1,200-square-meter food court. It also features two panoramic elevators. The architectural design is handled by Hafez Consulting Engineers, while Accord is responsible for management and operations.
Further, the company’s chairman disclosed that the Nova Square project is a mixed-use service and entertainment mall with commercial, administrative, and medical properties. It is located directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in the heart of New Narges, Fifth Settlement.
The mall lies within a high-density residential area of more than 350,000 residents, including Narges Villas, Narges Buildings, Judges’ Buildings, and ENPPI Buildings.
The Nova Square mall extends over an area of 9,175 sqm and consists of a ground floor and four upper floors, with two main façades—one overlooking Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis and the other facing New Narges, spanning 125 meters.
The ground and first floors are dedicated to commercial properties, while the second to fourth floors are designated for offices and clinics. The project is being developed in collaboration with Sabbour Consulting as the engineering consultant, and Incomercial for management and operations.
The company’s chairman pointed out that the project offers distinctive services, including a full-site parking area with a capacity of 250 cars, an electric vehicle charging station, a 2,700-square-meter plaza, a 700-square-meter gym and spa, a 400-square-meter kids’ area, a 1,000-square-meter hypermarket, and a 100-square-meter dining area. In addition, the project will feature a gold market with 11 stores on the first floor, along with one of the largest open-air spaces in Fifth Settlement, spanning 1,500 sqm.
He disclosed that the company’s participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025 comes as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the Egyptian real estate market and highlight its flagship projects, which are built on innovation and quality execution. This, he noted, contributes to meeting the growing demand for distinguished commercial and administrative developments, supported by the company’s extensive expertise.
