Now Autism-Friendly Certified, the hotel has partnered with the Dubai Autism Center (DAC) through Naumi Soul to create inclusive experiences for students and families, bring team members together through volunteering, and support autism awareness through ongoing joint campaigns. Building on this, Naumi Hotel Dubai will also collaborate with the Srujna and Chaiim Foundation, weaving together social impact and thoughtful design into every stay.
Naumi Hotel Dubai achieved its Autism-Friendly Certification after completing DAC’s specialised training programmes designed to strengthen communication and guest interaction across all teams. During DAC’s visits, the hotel was recognised for offering a calm, sensory-considerate environment with balanced lighting, regulated temperatures, and minimal scents. The property also introduced clear safety signage and Autism Kits in key areas, helping guests on the autism spectrum feel more comfortable in their surroundings.
Titled Building a Brighter Future: Giving Back and Rising Together, Naumi Hotel Dubai’s new initiative is designed to spark awareness, empathy, and connection. The programme was created as part of a long-term partnership with DAC, the UAE’s largest nonprofit organisation empowering children on the autism spectrum. Backed by the UAE’s National Autism Policy, the programme opens the hotel’s doors to DAC students and their families through activities that build comfort, encourage interaction, and promote inclusion within the wider community.
The partnership extends beyond hospitality, inviting Naumi team members to volunteer within DAC programmes and participate in joint awareness campaigns throughout the year. These experiences nurture understanding, strengthen the hotel’s internal culture, and support the creation of a more inclusive hospitality culture across Dubai.
