Amazon Egypt hosted an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of its Fulfillment Center for Shark Tank investors and entrepreneurs, offering a closer look at the operational and logistics capabilities that enable selling partner growth and a great customer experience on Amazon.eg.
Globally, more than 60% of units sold in Amazon’s store come from third-party selling partners—many of which are small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) In Egypt, Amazon is committed to providing these selling partners with the same infrastructure to help them grow.

The tour was attended by Omar Elsahy, General Manager of Amazon Egypt, alongside Shark Tank investors including Ayman Abbas and Abdallah Salam, along with Farouk Mohamed Farouk, Chief Executive Officer of Mobica, in addition to current and newly onboarded selling partners on Amazon.eg.

Participants experienced first-hand how Amazon’s fulfillment operations from inventory storage and packaging to order fulfillment and delivery, enable selling partners to scale their businesses and reach more customers. An interactive session led by Amazon Egypt’s leadership team followed, providing entrepreneurs with practical business insights and direct access to expert guidance.

The initiative reflects Amazon Egypt’s and Shark Tank’s shared commitment to equipping Egyptian entrepreneurs and SMBs with the tools, expertise, and connections needed to grow their businesses and expand their reach online.
