Raya Holding for Financial Investments announced its consolidated financial results for the first half of 2026, demonstrating the resilience of its diversified business model and the continued strength of its core growth platforms despite a dynamic operating environment. The Group maintained strong top-line momentum while continuing to invest in strategic growth initiatives that support its long-term regional expansion and value creation strategy.
During the first half of 2026, Raya Holding recorded consolidated revenues of EGP 33.8 billion, representing a 22% year-on-year increase compared to H1 2025. The strong revenue performance was primarily driven by the continued expansion of the Group’s core businesses across distribution, fintech, customer experience, FMCG, and smart buildings.
Gross profit reached EGP 6.5 billion, while EBITDA stood at EGP 2.9 billion. Net profit after minority interest amounted to EGP 739 million, reflecting the Group’s continued focus on operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
The Group’s performance was underpinned by the continued strength of several portfolio companies. Raya Trade remained the largest contributor to revenues, recording EGP 14.8 billion, a robust 52% year-on-year increase, supported by continued growth across its distribution business and strategic partnerships. Aman Holding, Raya’s fintech platform and one of Egypt’s pioneers in digital financial services, generated EGP 5.4 billion in revenues, growing 38% year-on-year, reflecting the continued expansion of its financing and digital payment solutions.
Raya Customer Experience (RCX) continued its positive trajectory, reporting 29% revenue growth to reach EGP 1.7 billion, while Raya FMCG recorded 41% growth, generating EGP 1.6 billion in revenues. Raya Auto (RAM) also continued its positive momentum, reporting EGP 992 million in revenues, representing 16% year-on-year growth, supported by the continued expansion of its mobility and advanced vehicle solutions. Raya Smart Buildings continued its steady expansion with revenues increasing 31%, and Raya Electric, one of the Group’s newest growth platforms, achieved 37% revenue growth, reflecting the continued scaling of its manufacturing operations.
While Raya Information Technology (RIT) reported revenues of EGP 7.0 billion, compared to an exceptionally strong comparative period in H1 2025, it continued to maintain its position as one of the Group’s largest businesses and a key driver of digital transformation initiatives across the region. The business remains well positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for advanced technology solutions and digital infrastructure.
During the first half of 2026, Raya Holding continued to strengthen its regional footprint, particularly in Saudi Arabia, where five of its portfolio companies are now operating. Raya Information Technology and Raya Customer Experience have been serving the Saudi market for more than two decades. Aman Holding expanded its presence through strategic partnerships with Jarir Bookstore and Almanea, while Raya Auto continued supporting advanced mobility solutions through its partnerships with Alturki Holding and SAMARA. In addition, Raya Smart Buildings expanded its presence in Riyadh through the launch of the Edge Innovation Center (EIC), further reinforcing the Group’s regional growth strategy.
