Arab Otsuka Nutraceuticals Co. S.A.E. has announced the launch of locally manufactured ORONAMIN C DRINK in Egypt, marking a new milestone in the company’s regional expansion strategy and strengthening Egypt’s role as a manufacturing and export hub.
The product is manufactured at Arab Otsuka’s state-of-the-art facility in the El Robiky Industrial Zone in 10th of Ramadan City. The facility covers approximately 95,000 square meters and represents a key part of the company’s investment in local and regional manufacturing capabilities.
Starting in 2026, Egypt will serve as the central production and export hub for ORONAMIN C DRINK, with shipments targeting the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
The decision to establish Egypt as a regional manufacturing hub reflects the country’s advanced industrial infrastructure, skilled workforce, and strategic geographic location connecting African and Middle Eastern markets.
The launch of local production also highlights Otsuka’s confidence in Egypt as a strategic market for growth and its commitment to expanding manufacturing capabilities in the region.
ORONAMIN C DRINK was first launched in the Gulf region in 1985 and has since become a popular nutritional beverage enjoyed by generations of consumers across the GCC. The product entered the Egyptian market in early 2024.
ORONAMIN C DRINK is a carbonated nutritional beverage containing vitamins, including vitamin C. It is available in a 120ml format designed to provide a refreshing drinking experience.

The company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of nutritional beverages, with its headquarters in Nasr City, Cairo, and its manufacturing facility located in the El Robiky Industrial Zone in 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia Governorate.
The company employs 156 people as of August 31, 2026, and is led by Kiyoto Taira, Managing Director.
