Turkish Airlines received three prestigious accolades at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards: “Best Airline in Europe,” “World’s Best Business Class Catering,” and “Best Airline in Southern Europe”. Turkish Airlines also rose to 5th place in Skytrax’s “World’s Best Airlines” ranking.
Turkish Airlines, the airline that flies to more countries than any other carrier in the world, reinforced its strong standing in the aviation industry by being named “Best Airline in Europe” for the 11th time at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards. Known as the ‘Oscars’ of the aviation industry, the awards were presented at a ceremony held on September 18 in London.
In addition to the “Best Airline in Europe” title, Turkish Airlines received the “World’s Best Business Class Onboard Catering” award for the 10th time and the “Best Airline in Southern Europe” award for the 13th time. Turkish Airlines also received five additional awards across the Economy and Business Class categories in Europe and Southern Europe, bringing its total number of awards at the ceremony to eight.
